A fun Friday morning was had by all at the Edgemead Library’s monthly women’s tea. Mandy gave a talk on ‘body-shaping’ and wardrobe planning. Scarves were handed out for the ladies to practice a few scarf tying techniques. After the presentation about 30 ladies asked for personal ‘body-shaping’ to be done on themselves. A big thank you to the Librarians at Edgemead for planning these wonderful events where women can let their hair down (or put it up in a scarf, as in this case) and enjoy a ‘cuppa’ among friends.

We had our quarterly get-together, aka ‘BD breakfast’ on Saturday 02 April 2011. What fun! We met at Caffé Villagio near Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Cape Town, and had a wonderful time catching up with the ‘old’ branch owners as well as meeting a few ‘new’ ones.
