The Edgemead branch hosted a mini holiday workshop in October. Classes took place from 10am – 3pm for three days in Goodwood. Girls learned valuable self-defence skills from Hoosain Narker and his awesome team from Ashihara Karate. We all learned that awareness and prevention is more important than the actual defence moves. Delani van de Vyver, Public Speaking Coach, taught girls valuable tips and lessons on how to beat the fear of public speaking. It was a no-holding-back, glitz-and-glam evening… Held in a factory! Jip, you read right, a factory.
