The Edgemead branch hosted a mini holiday workshop in October. Classes took place from 10am – 3pm for three days in Goodwood. Girls learned valuable self-defence skills from Hoosain Narker and his awesome team from Ashihara Karate. We all learned that awareness and prevention is more important than the actual defence moves.
