Course Schedule

 

Monday 26^th March

• Welcome and Introduction
• Etiquette

We will cover Social Etiquette, Dress Code, Personal, Travel, Communication and Culture

• Modeling and Deportment

 

 Topics Covered: Definition, Modeling Basics, Modeling Requirements, Tips for the Photo Shoot, Ramp Modeling, Photographic Modeling, “Watch out for” section and Your Portfolio

 

Tuesday 27^th March

• Public Speaking

Art of Public Speaking, Preparation, Breathing Exercises, Actual Presentation – All these topics are not only exciting but will prepare your daughter for class orals and presentation

• Nutrition and Exercise

BMI, General Nutrition, RDI, Mindset, Breaking Habits, Food Combinations, Low GI and much more

Girls will prepare their own snacks and Lunch for this day

• Self Defense – A Practical and Theory lesson – Guest Speaker.

Defense of Others, Points to Ponder, Body Parts to Attack, Techniques, Avoiding Attacks, Tips to Avoid Trouble, and much more

 

Wednesday 28^th March

• Personal Care 

Covers Hair types and care, Nail Care and Skin Care including a practical facial as well as a manicure

• Entertainment

Preparation, Formal Place Setting, Types of Parties, Themed Parties, Mocktails, The Menu and much more

 

 

Thursday 29^th March

• Styling

First Impressions, Colour Meaning, Dress For Your Shape, Dress Code, Correct Bra Fitting, Basic Wardrobe, Just to name a few. This is a very interactive subject and the girls have lots of fun learning to dress correctly

 

 

Friday 30^th March

• Course completion
• Modeling and Public Speaking Event

Girls will put on their own modeling show and prepare a fun public speaking skit allowing them to practice some of the skills they have learnt in the workshop

• End of course party
• We will also have a fun Photo Shoot with the girls. All their pictures will be sent to them digitally, so they will have them on record and can use them continuously

 

All course subjects cover both Theory and Practical lessons.
